This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through The Home Chef, operated by FixFlix Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
We believe in The Home Chef portal and we want you to feel the difference it makes to your cooking week. That's why we offer a progress guarantee: if you complete the first week of the system and cook at least one meal using it, and you don't feel a genuine difference in how your cooking week feels, we will refund you in full. No awkward questions. Just email us at support@thehomechef.co.uk, tell us you worked through week one, and we'll process your refund within 5 working days.
This guarantee is valid for 30 days from your date of purchase, giving you enough time to genuinely try the system.
The Home Chef portal is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. At the point of checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate access to the portal and that by doing so you acknowledge you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is standard for digital products with immediate delivery. Our progress guarantee above is offered in place of that statutory right and we believe it is a more meaningful commitment because it is based on the product actually working for you rather than a simple time window.
Email support@thehomechef.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. Tell us your name, the email address you used to purchase, and that you completed week one of the system. We will process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method via Gumroad.
Refund requests made after 30 days from purchase. Refund requests where week one has not been attempted. Change of mind without having engaged with the system.
